— A package that has yet to be delivered and there are no further tracking updates available will be considered lost after a period of no less than 4 weeks from the original ship date. If we deem a package to be lost, we reserve the right to discuss compensation options with the customer, as deemed appropriate by the situation.

For orders that receive a successful delivery scan, we require written confirmation from USPS (or international courier) that the package was lost in order to provide a refund or replacement.

— Returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise, items must be in new/unopened condition to qualify for a return. If you purchased a sealed item, you may return it up to 7 days from the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect any/all returns to ensure they meet the conditions listed above.
